Softball runs on two deadlines. The site has to survive both.
Travel softball has a shape that most businesses do not. Almost everything that matters happens in two narrow windows — the tryout weekend, and the stretch of showcase season when college coaches are actually looking. A site that is merely fine for ten months and then falls over during those two windows has failed at the only job it had. So I build for the two weeks, not for the average.
Tryouts run on a Google Form and a Venmo handle.
It works, in the sense that nobody dies. It also means somebody on your board spends a weekend reconciling a spreadsheet against a payment app, chasing the eleven families whose form went through and whose money did not. And when a college coach looks a player up in July, what comes back is a Facebook page with a tournament result from last spring pinned to the top.
- Tryout registration that takes the fee at the same moment, and opens and closes on dates you set
- Player pages carrying grad year, position and video, readable on a phone by somebody who has thirty seconds
- One schedule, updated in one place, that every team page reflects
- Team fees collected on a schedule instead of chased in a group chat
- Uniform and gear ordering that does not leave the club holding unsold stock
I cannot get anybody recruited, and I will not imply otherwise.
Recruiting happens because of how a player performs and who her coach knows. What I can do is make sure that when somebody types her name, the first result is something accurate that your organisation controls, rather than a profile on a site that charges her family to update it.
A project like this usually starts with the Business package, below. About two weeks from the day you approve the scope, and no website I build takes longer than 30 days.
Pick the one that fits. The price is the price.
Whichever one you pick, you fill in one form and the rest is on me: the domain, the business email, the site, the listings, and the automations behind them.

Brand identity — $900
Logo, colours, type, and a one-page guide so everything a customer sees looks like it came from the same business.
Merch store — $600
Your own shop selling shirts, hats and whatever else carries your name. Nothing is printed until somebody orders it, so you are never sitting on a box of unsold stock. I build it and hand it over. Orders, sizes, refunds and the person asking where their hoodie has got to are yours, not mine.
AI assistant — Quoted for your business
An assistant on your site that knows your business, answers questions after hours, and takes details when you cannot.

The form takes about ten minutes. I read every one myself and reply the same day.
