Pick the one that fits. The price is the price.
Whichever one you pick, you fill in one form and the rest is on me: the domain, the business email, the site, the listings, and the automations behind them.

Brand identity — $900
Logo, colours, type, and a one-page guide so everything a customer sees looks like it came from the same business.
Merch store — $600
Your own shop selling shirts, hats and whatever else carries your name. Nothing is printed until somebody orders it, so you are never sitting on a box of unsold stock. I build it and hand it over. Orders, sizes, refunds and the person asking where their hoodie has got to are yours, not mine.
AI assistant — Quoted for your business
An assistant on your site that knows your business, answers questions after hours, and takes details when you cannot.
Live in 30 days or less.
Every website has a ceiling of 30 days from the day you approve the scope, and most come in well under it — a one-page site is usually about a week. The clock starts when the scope is signed and the deposit clears, and it pauses if I am waiting on something only you can give me, like photographs or a login. I would rather name a date I beat than one I have to apologise for.
Software is quoted with its own date.
A marketplace or a mobile app is a bigger piece of work than a website, and squeezing it under the same 30 days would mean either rushing it or missing the date. So it gets a real date instead, written into the scope before you pay anything, and I hold myself to that one the same way. That is the Product package.
So everything a customer sees looks like one business.
The van says one thing, the invoice says another, the Instagram is a third, and the sign outside has a font nobody can name. Individually none of that matters. Together it is the difference between a business that looks established and one that looks like it started last week — and customers read that difference long before they read a word of the copy.
What it includes →- A logo, in the formats you will actually need — the sign, the shirt, the invoice, the round one for a profile picture
- A small set of colours that work on a screen and survive being printed
- Two typefaces, chosen and paired, with the sizes already decided
- A one-page guide plain enough to hand to a printer, a sign shop or whoever runs your Instagram
You fill in one form. Everything after that is on me.
I buy the domain and put it in your name. I set up your business email. I write the pages and build the site. I get you listed where people nearby are already looking, and I wire up the automations that answer enquiries while you are on a job. If you do not have a logo, I can make you one, and everything gets built around it. You should not have to learn how any of this works to get a website that brings you customers, and with me you do not. One person, one invoice, and one number to call when something needs changing.
The work you should not be doing yourself.
A site brings people in. These keep them coming back without you touching anything. Each one is built once, priced on its own, and then looked after under Care Plus.
Booking, payment and reminder in one loop
They book, they pay, and the reminder text goes out on its own the day before. No-shows drop because nobody forgets.
What the client sees — The customer books and pays, then gets a reminder text the day before
Every new lead gets an answer in seconds
Someone fills out your form at 9pm and gets a real reply immediately, while you get a text telling you to call them tomorrow.
What the client sees — The enquirer gets an email reply within seconds; you get a text telling you to call them
Review requests that go out by themselves
A day after a session, the client gets a message with a one-tap link to your Google review page. Your rating climbs without you asking.

Winning back the people who drifted off
Anyone who has not booked in sixty days gets a note from you. It runs quietly in the background and pays for itself.

A Monday morning email with your numbers
Bookings, revenue and traffic for the week, in one email, so you are not logging into four dashboards to find out how you did.
What the client sees — One email on Monday with bookings, revenue and traffic for the week
The boring setup, done properly once
Business email on your domain, Google Workspace, shared passwords in 1Password, and your domain locked down on Cloudflare.
What the client sees — Email on your own domain, shared logins in one place, and the domain locked down
Each automation is quoted on its own, typically $400 to $900 to build. Care Plus keeps them running.
What keeps running after launch.
Care — $99/mo
Your site stays online, fast and current. The domain and your business email are handled. Small changes get made whenever you ask. Cancel anytime.
Care Plus — $299/mo
Everything in Care, plus your automations running: every new enquiry answered in seconds, reminders sent before appointments, review requests going out, and lapsed customers followed up.
Growth — $599/mo
Everything in Care Plus, plus the work of getting you found: search, your Google Business Profile, and the local map pack people tap first.
A batting cage and a plumber need different websites.
They get told to get a website and then sold the same one. Each page below is what I would actually build for that business, and what I would tell them not to bother paying for.
The answers before you have to ask.
What is not included?
Ongoing ad management and social media management. A logo and brand identity are not in the packages either, but I do that as a one-time add-on if you need one. If I build you a merch store I set it up and hand it over — I do not run customer service on it, so orders, sizes, refunds and shipping questions come to you. One round of revisions is included; further rounds are billed hourly.
Who writes the words on the site?
You tell me about your business and I write the pages. What I do not do is invent your messaging from nothing — the Business package includes a copywriting pass over what you give me.
Who owns the site and the domain?
You do, from day one. The domain is registered in your name, the accounts are yours, and at handoff I transfer everything and hand you the logins.
What if I want to change something after launch?
Small edits are included in any Care plan. Bigger changes get a price before I start, in writing, the same way the original build did.
How long does it take?
No website takes longer than 30 days, and most take far less — about a week for Launch and about two weeks for Business, counted from the day you approve the scope and the deposit clears. The clock pauses while I am waiting on something only you can give me. Software is the exception: a marketplace or an app gets its own date, written into the scope before you pay anything.
How does payment work?
Half when you approve the scope, half at launch, both by Stripe invoice. Care plans are a monthly subscription you can cancel any time.

The form takes about ten minutes. I read every one myself and reply the same day.
