Booking, payment and reminders, in one loop.

A customer picks a time, pays, and gets a reminder text the day before. You do not answer a phone call, send an invoice or chase anyone.

The usual way is three jobs held together by you.

Somebody texts to ask for a time, you check your calendar, you send a payment link, then you remember to message them the day before. Miss one step and you have a no-show and an unpaid slot. Done properly it is one flow that runs on its own.

How it works
  1. 1The customer picks an open time on your site.
  2. 2They pay when they book, through Stripe, so the slot is real.
  3. 3A reminder text goes out the day before, through Twilio.

Text, the day before
Hi Sam, a reminder that you are booked in tomorrow at 10:00 am. Reply here if anything changes.
What you get
  • Fewer no-shows, because the customer has paid and has been reminded
  • No back-and-forth to find a time
  • Payment taken up front, not promised for later
The honest part

I have built online booking and payment before, for CageList and for Ruca Fit, so this is not new to me. It is still quoted on its own, because every business has different times, prices and rules, and I would rather scope yours than guess.

Automations are quoted on their own, typically $400 to $900 to build, using Stripe and Twilio. Care Plus keeps them running.

Tell me what you are trying to build.

The form takes about ten minutes. I read every one myself and reply the same day.
