The question that decides a Kissimmee site is whether your customer is standing in front of you or planning ahead from somewhere else. If they are planning ahead, the site is not a brochure — it is the thing that takes the booking, takes the deposit and sends the reminder the day before, none of which should need you awake. That is the same problem CageList solves every day, and it is the part of this work I know best.
Booking without payment is half a system. If a slot can be held for free it will be, and then it will not be turned up for. Taking the deposit at the moment of booking is the one change that moves the no-show rate, and it is about a day's work to wire in.
A project like this usually starts with the Business package, below. About two weeks from the day you approve the scope.
- Put the calendar on the site itself, rather than behind an exchange of emails
- Take the deposit through Stripe at the moment the slot is held, not on the day
- Text the reminder automatically the day before, to the number they already gave you
