What you send me

If you fill out the project form on /start, I receive what you type: your name, business name, city, phone number (if you give one), email address, current website, links to sites and social profiles, and your answers about the business and the project.

You can also attach files (photos, a logo, documents). They arrive as attachments to the email I receive.

I use this only to reply to you, scope your project, and, if we work together, do the work.

How the form is delivered

The form is sent by email through Resend, an email delivery service. Resend passes your answers to my inbox, and sends you a short confirmation at the address you gave. Resend processes that data under its own privacy policy.

I do not keep your answers in a database on this site. They live in my email.

Booking a call

After you send the form, the thank-you page may show a Cal.com booking calendar. If you use it, the name, email and time you enter go to Cal.com, which runs the scheduling and handles that data under its own privacy policy. You can also book from a link in the confirmation email.

Visitor statistics

I use PostHog for basic page-view counts and Vercel Speed Insights for page speed. PostHog is set to run without cookies and without storing anything in your browser, so it does not follow you from visit to visit. Neither is used for advertising.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which, like any web host, sees technical details such as your IP address when your browser asks for a page.

Who sees your information

Me, and the services named above (Resend, Cal.com, PostHog, Vercel), only to the extent they need it to do their job. I do not sell or rent your information, and I do not run ads.

I may share it if the law requires me to.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for replying to you or working together, and for ordinary business records after that. If you want yours deleted, ask and I will delete what I hold.

Your choices

Email hello@yourbestpitch.com to see what I have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. I will reply within a reasonable time.

This site is meant for adults running a business. It is not aimed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this page

If what I collect changes, I will update this page and the date at the top.
