One developer in Orlando, not an agency you never meet.
Orlando is where I live, and it is where searching for a web designer returns more results than anyone wants to read. Agencies, offshore shops and template resellers all land on the same page of results, and nothing on it tells you which of them will still answer an email in March. I am one person, the price is agreed in writing before anything starts, and I am the one who picks up when you write back a year later.
Being in the same city matters more than people expect it to. I can come to where you actually work, look at the booking sheet or the till or whatever it is the site has to replace, and leave with something better than a form full of guesses.
A project like this usually starts with the Business package, below. About two weeks from the day you approve the scope.
- Work out what you are competing on, because in a city this size doing the job well is not by itself a position
- Write the pages so a stranger understands within ten seconds why you and not the next result down
- Finish the Google Business Profile properly — real hours, real photographs, a number that rings
Pick the one that fits. The price is the price.
Whichever one you pick, you fill in one form and the rest is on me: the domain, the business email, the site, the listings, and the automations behind them.

Brand identity — $900
Logo, colours, type, and a one-page guide so everything a customer sees looks like it came from the same business.
Merch store — $600
Your own shop selling shirts, hats and whatever else carries your name. Nothing is printed until somebody orders it, so you are never sitting on a box of unsold stock. I build it and hand it over. Orders, sizes, refunds and the person asking where their hoodie has got to are yours, not mine.
AI assistant — Quoted for your business
An assistant on your site that knows your business, answers questions after hours, and takes details when you cannot.
I work across Central Florida. The same offer, written for the town next door:
Tell me what you are trying to build.
The form takes about ten minutes. I read every one myself and reply the same day.
